A Big Fun Day!

My Mom came to spoil Revery for his Birthday (and Ambree too). We had such a great time while she was here. She got a bunch of outside toys for them. Thanks for everything Mom! The weather was great. One day we enjoyed the splash park down the street.
Ambree was a little timid at first, which is strange for her. She is a Little Mermaid! I had give her a little push.
Then she realized how fun it was to be inside the "crown."
I thought this was cool that I got the rainbow in the picture! I kept telling her to go the other way so I could get her face, but she didn't get it (like 8 times).
The weather has been great. I can't believe it is only May. We are loving Meridian, especially in the Summer! Our neighborhood is amazing and so beautiful and friendly. We love taking walks and hitting all the pocket parks!

Mother I Love You, Mother I Do . . .

The perfect day! Started with breakfast in bed with a poem entitled, To a Mom Who Never Quits, that of course made me cry. This is the gorgeous Apron from Jayson. Now that I am a stay at home mother I need proper uniforms!
At church the primary sang mother I love you and Ambree made me the cutest little flower.
After church we had naps--gotta love a Sunday nap! Then we went for a lovely walk. We had Tacos and smoothies when we came back. Being a mother is difficult at times (especially if you know Ambree).
Yet, these little people have given me the greatest joy imaginable and for that, everyday is blessing.
Thank you for a beautiful day.

Side note: Ambree asked me if my apron was a dress.
Mom: "No, it is actually called an apron. If I wore this to church my bottom would show."
Ambree: "I know, you could just sit in a chair, then your butt would not show."

Ambree's New Trick

"Mom, look what my eyes can do."
"One, two, three mommies"
This girl makes me laugh so hard. We have been so crazy lately . . . lots of giggling!
