Monkey in the Middle

This is Revery's Monkey room. I love this little monkey face!
Bedding and monkey blanket are from Pottery Barn Kids.
We will be painting his room light blue in the Spring. He adores these Fisher-Price Jungle toys.
Jayson painted the crib and dresser brown. I made the fabric board.
Pictures are Animal Parade by eeboo. We still need a rocker, curtains, and a few other things to complete the nursery, but Revery loves his own space. He really loves to hide in his closet from Ambree.

Ambree's "Tweet, Tweet" Room

We painted the white frames and pink mats. The bird pictures are from eeBoo.
Bedding is from Pottery Barn Kids "Penelope" along with the pink polka dot canvas bins.
In the spring we will be painting her room light green.
I made the green and pink bird paintings, and the smaller fabric ones on the white shelf.
It still needs a bedskirt and curtains, but she loves this very spacious room. She takes naps in her huge walk in closet (very dark with light switch on the outside) and has room to store the rest of her toys. When Jayson and I finally hung up her bird pictures she came into the room and said, "This is awesome!"

Kid's Surfer Bathroom

We will be painting this room a aqua blue ocean color in the spring. It still needs a few more things before it is complete.

Cancan Dancer in Training

One of Ambree's favorite things to do is to dance to Revery's jungle music toy. My child changes her clothes on average about 8 times a day. No joke! The clothes are usually too small, the wrong season, or my personal favorite two different patterns. She thinks flowers and flowers match (different colors and designs). Whenever there is any music playing, she must go change into a dress. I guess it is proper dancing etiquette. Most of the time she drags me into my closet to pick a dress or she graciously pulls one down to bring to me, so that I might enjoy dancing in my Sunday best.

My Blue Eyed, Blonde Baby Boy!

Revery is such a sweet and snuggly little baby.
He loved the grass.  I could not believe how dry it was for January.
I can't tell what this little critter is on his hat.  Anyone what to enlighten me?  I think it is a bear, but whatever it is I think it is cute!

Walking the Zach

I found this picture today and remembered I wanted to put it on.  About a month ago we watched Zach and Ambree had so much fun with him.  As you can see she is using her stethoscope as a leash to walk her puppy.  She following him around like this for quite some time.  Zach was a good sport about the whole thing.

Finished Igloo

I love how the igloo is an island in the grass

Jayson worked so hard on Ambree's little igloo, I wish it could have stayed around a little longer. The only snow left in our yard is a small circle where the igloo was. I guess we are not in Moscow anymore! That is why I had to document with so many pictures.

Building an Igloo

Ambree and Jayson building an igloo in our backyard, mostly Jayson.

Ambree made tracks in the snow, ate the snow, and threw the snow.
Finished house coming soon! We just pray this rain turns back into snow.
